What we own and run
We start service companies and keep running them. Each one already running pays for the next. Open any row below to see what that company does and where it stands today.

The companies we own and run
2023
Scale Detailing
Our growth arm, and the company we use to help other owners grow. Ads, websites, Google presence, follow-up and sales for detailing, ceramic coating, PPF and tint shops. It goes by three names depending on which part you touch: Scale Detailing is the agency, OmniScale is the software the booking and follow-up run on, and Scale Command is the partner app that joins every lead, paid job and ad dollar so an owner can see what a customer cost.
2023
Obsidian Detail Studios
Premium mobile detailing in Baltimore and Towson, and the shop everything else grew out of. Obsidian has paying work on the calendar every week, so it is where anything we sell gets tried first. If it fails on a full Saturday, it does not ship.
2026
Obsidian Products
A pro-series chemical line built from what our detailers reach for on a working day, bottled for other shops. Formulations and packaging are in development. We do not pre-sell products that do not exist. When there is something to ship, this row will say so.
2026
Onyx Window Cleaning
Window cleaning for homes and commercial buildings, run on the same booking, follow-up and review systems as our detailing side. Glass gets dirty on a predictable schedule, so we are building the offer as a route the customer stays on rather than a one-time job.

How a company gets a row, or loses one
A company gets a row here when we own it, we run it and the money to start it came from us, not an investor. It shows as in build until it books its first paying customer, then as live from that day on.
Obsidian Detail Studios came first, in 2023, a mobile detailing shop with our founder as its only employee. Other detailers wanted to know why its calendar stayed full, and Scale Detailing started the same year to answer them. OmniScale, the software side of Scale Detailing, followed in 2024 and carried our own shop's bookings before any partner saw it. Obsidian Products and Onyx Window Cleaning went into build in 2026 and stay listed that way until each books a paying customer.
A row also comes off when we sell the company, fold it into another one or rename it. Scale Toolkit is the one that left. It started in 2025 as a private scorecard: a grade for a detail shop and a short list of what to fix. In 2026 we rebuilt it and shipped it as Scale Command, the partner app inside Scale Detailing. That is why there is no Toolkit row today.

Bring a business
We look at service businesses the owner still runs and that have customers on the books: detail shops in any state, other trades close to home in the Mid-Atlantic. Want out, or want a partner? Send us a short message. Same message if you would rather keep your shop and have it run on our systems. Whatever you share stays private.
