The company we run for other owners
Detailing, ceramic coating, PPF and window tint shops sign with us for ads, a website built to rank, Google profile work, follow-up and reps who call the leads. The software under all of it is ours. It ran our shop before it ran anyone else's.

One company, three names
Which name a partner sees depends on the work in front of them that day. We built all three and still run them.
Scale Detailing
This is the part an owner deals with first: the ads, the website, the Google profile, the follow-up and the reps who call the leads. Attribution ties each of those back to the jobs that paid.
Visit Scale Detailing ›OmniScale
We built OmniScale in 2024 to run our own shop, and Obsidian still runs on it. Booking, follow-up, pipelines, payments, reviews and white-label analytics sit on one platform, and a partner's shop goes on the same one we use.
Visit OmniScale ›Scale Command
Scale Command is where an owner finds out what a customer cost. It joins each lead to the job it became and to the ad dollars that found it, then lays out attribution, ad spend by week and platform, pipeline and projections in a partner portal with four tabs on a phone. It connects to OmniScale, Google Ads, Urable and Square.
Visit Scale Command ›What a partner gets
We cover where the leads come from and who answers them. The owner gets the work on the calendar, and the cost of winning each job.
Demand the owner can trace
Ads on Meta and Google. A website built to rank for the services the shop sells. Google Business Profile work, so the shop shows up for people searching nearby. Attribution runs under all of it: a job on the calendar traces back to the lead it started as, and to the ad dollars behind it.
Reps on the leads
Reps in our partnership sales program call the leads. When a quote does not close on the call, follow-up automation keeps after it. Neither job lands on the owner between cars.
What stays with the owner
The calendar and the work on it stay with the owner. Scale Command puts the cost of each customer on their phone, next to the ad spend by week and platform that bought it.
Numbers from partner shops
Where Scale Command came from
The partner app started as a scorecard we built in private in 2025.
Scale Toolkit graded a detail business and pointed at what to fix next. For a while that was the whole job. A grade tells an owner where the shop stands. It does not say what the last customer cost, or whether the ad dollar that found that customer ever came back.
The 2026 rebuild went after that. We tied ad spend to the lead it bought, and the lead to the job it became, so the grade turned into a number an owner can spend against. It shipped under a new name, Scale Command, with the partner portal built in.
There is no separate Scale Toolkit company anymore. It was the first version of this app, under its old name.
